Pelosi press release, November 20, 2025: Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi delivered House floor remarks honoring longtime Chief of Staff Terri McCullough, “stepping down after decades of dedicated service.” The posted transcript: intern in the San Francisco district office nearly 30 years ago; “first woman to serve as the Chief of Staff in the Speaker’s Office”; “visionary, steadfast and deeply respected leader.” Pelosi said she was stepping down that month to spend more time with her family. This site does not repeat family detail beyond that official clause.

The 19th News, November 2025: McCullough was transitioning to senior adviser for the rest of Pelosi’s term as Pelosi announced the term would be her last. FEC receipts in late 2025 list occupation senior advisor and employer U.S. House. Those are the last titles on the public paper as of this check. Official praise is not a court.
