Terri McCullough, then leaving the Tory Burch Foundation as executive director, was slated to join the next week.
Politico, March 8, 2019, restated the same title when she returned to the Speaker’s office: most recently CEO of No Ceilings, a Clinton Foundation initiative to promote gender equity worldwide. FEC itemized receipts in her name list employer Clinton Foundation and occupation Director / Director, No Ceilings. Those filings are a donations post, not this one. A foundation title is a title. It is not a finding of a crime, a foreign-agent charge, or an invented Hillary-campaign office.
