Subject: RE: Draft - Dear Colleague re Security Information for January 6 Joint Session
Kathleen,
A couple of suggestions:
1 Can you please specify those who usually park on the plaza will have access to the garages?
1 Can you specify the time session begins when you ask members to arrive as early as possible?
1 Can you eliminate the two sentences that reference official business visitors and where to meet them? If as we discussed
earlier we are not allowing guests it sends a mixed signal especially after saying buildings are closed to the public. Does that
make sense?
Thanks very much.
